House Rules & Regulations

These House Rules apply to every guest staying at Maweni Christian Guest House, Casuarina Road, Malindi, Kenya, whether booked online or checked in directly. By booking a room or staying with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Check-in & check-out

Every guest must present a valid national ID card or passport at check-in. This is recorded in our guest register for the safety and security of all guests and staff, and to meet standard guest-accommodation record-keeping practice in Kenya. Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation, or to ask a guest to leave without refund, in cases of serious misconduct, damage, threats to the safety of others, or breach of these House Rules.

9. Pets

Please contact us in advance if you wish to bring a pet, as this is considered on a case-by-case basis.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure to provide a room or service where this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power or water interruptions, extreme weather, or government directives.
